As a Homeownership Guide, you will play a vital role in helping clients understand the entirety of their financial picture and the necessary steps to get into their dream home. An amazing opportunity to be a part of someone’s entire home ownership journey from start to finish. Strong knowledge of loan programs and qualification criteria required.

The Basics

Ensure that the information and privacy of clients are well secured.

Provide and recommend various options on how clients credit report can be repaired.

Assist in the preparation of the appropriate letters to the credit bureaus.

Review full credit reports from all the three major credit bureaus.

Evaluate client against available mortgage solutions and suggest path to home ownership.

Provide excellent customer service.

Manage file flow, document receipt tracking, and schedule updates.

Prequalify and Preapprove customers

Respond to customers’ general questions regarding policy and procedures.

Maintain the customer and agent information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Maintain relationships through regular communication with internal partners.

Participate in and leads proactive team efforts to achieve team goals.

Adopt Found It Home Loans values in personal work behaviors, decision making, contributions and interpersonal interactions.

Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating cultural expectations and influencing others to reward performance and value "can do" people, accountability, diversity, and inclusion.

Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

Knowledge of information security and privacy

Strong knowledge of mortgage programs

Deep knowledge of the laws affecting credit and credit repair.

Past mortgage experience in retail or consumer direct mortgage environment.

Solid knowledge and understanding of customer service and interpersonal best practices.

Positive attitude, team player

Professional oral and written communication skills

Highly organized and extremely responsive

Being proactive is a requirement for this role; you must take initiative, be a driving force, have good decision-making skills and the willingness to ask questions and make suggestions.

NMLS License: Multiple States, a plus

Credit repair certificate, a plus

2 years’ applicable LOA, Junior LO, Production Partner experience

Demonstrated experience researching information, problem solving, and making solid client care decisions.

Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced and changing environment.

Demonstrated experience with attention to detail, time management, written and oral communication, multi-tasking, and working in a team atmosphere adhering to tight deadlines.

Demonstrated experience producing accurate and detailed work with multiple clients under time pressure.

Bilingual a plus.

Compensation Details

$40,000 per year, plus $100 per file.
