Mortgage Loan Officer (Retail)

AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation is seeking experienced Retail Loan Officers in various locations for AmeriSave’s retail lending division. The Retail Loan Officer is responsible for generating leads by actively networking with mortgage, real estate, and other related industry professionals and establishing relationships in the purchase and refinance markets.

Responsibilities

Maintain continuous communication with customers, employees, and other members of management

Stay current on company policies and procedures and help minimize risk to the company

Create strong client referral partnership to meet the needs of its client base to develop new business and/or retain existing business

Meet with potential and current clients to understand their lending needs

Thorough product knowledge and comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to residential mortgage lending

Delivers exceptional customer service to deepen existing customer relationships and acquire new customers.

Maintain a professional image and standards consistent with company policies and procedures

Other duties may be assigned

Requirements

Experience in retail loan originations

Strong industry knowledge and advanced technical skills

Confident in all phases of the mortgage loan origination process with a firm grasp on products and regulations

Self-motivated mortgage professional

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills

Current NMLS license

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
