The System Support Specialist will provide administration and support of applications and tools within our CRM and sales enablement landscape. This role will provide end user support of assigned applications, perform basic system administration and configuration tasks, perform end user training, and promote user adoption of systems. 

 

This role is a collaborative one and, as such, assists in building a collaborative culture within the department and partners with various departments within the organization.

The Basics

Responds to end user request and questions s in a timely manner utilizing a ticketing system.

Performs new user account setups and user account deactivation.

Performs basic system administration and configuration tasks in assigned CRM applications.

Assist with creation of custom reports and perform ad-hoc data loads in CRM applications. 

Provide training follow up from videos, reference materials and live training sessions. Coordinate and perform live training as needed. 

Manage reference collateral and training documentation on the LMS (Learning Management System).  Author and edit training documentation as needed.

Performs other related duties as assigned

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Information Technology, or any other related field. An equivalent of the same in practical experience is also acceptable for the position.

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in technical support or system administration. 

Excellent analytical skills.

Excellent oral and written communications skills and able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical resources and at all levels of the organization.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including mastery of PowerPoint and Excel. 

Experience with Salesforce.com, certification a plus. 

Knowledge of the mortgage industry preferred. 

Compensation Details

$45,000 – $50,000 per year.

Working Conditions

Work is performed in climate controlled indoor administrative office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate, depending upon office or meeting location. 


Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate. The employee frequently is required to remain stationary. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move 10 pounds. Vision: Close and distance required with ability to see objects in presence of glare or bright lighting (e.g., computer screen). Speech/Hearing: Frequently interact with management, vendors, coworkers, industry constituents, clients, and the public.
