Title: Mortgage Talent Recruiter
Reports to: Marketing Director
Location: Fully Remote (Headquarters in Altamonte Springs, FL)
Compensation: Base $40,000-$52,000 depending on experience level + performance incentives. Bonuses are based on production of recruited branches and the final compensation range could be between $100,000 to $150,000 annually.

The Mortgage Recruiter is a remote position responsible for strategic development and implementation of innovative sourcing strategies. Your role will be to create recruitment plans that build a strong pipeline of qualified Branch Managers, Branch Sales Manager and Mortgage Loan Originators and convert them into CFI employees. You will devise local and national recruiting plans, employ traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as execute new, creative recruiting strategies. The Recruiter will play a critical role in developing relationships with ideal candidates and reaching set goals.
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Self-motivated and confident
Solid history of meeting sales and/or recruitment goals
Strong Marketing Automation and CRM experience
Experience with developing marketing funnels and consistently reaching the right candidates at the right time
Effective interpersonal skills
Excellent written and communication skills
Bilingual English and Spanish Preferred
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Proficient computer skills
At least 2 years’ experience recruiting
Experience sourcing passive candidates through cold calls, networking techniques, etc.
Ability to travel locally and regionally as needed to meet with strong candidates in any of our 21 licensed states
Mortgage industry experience required
Ideal role for a producing loan originator looking to make a change from originating loans
The ideal candidate will have creative approaches to:
Overcoming common objections and effectively communicate our USP’s
Identifying effective channels, media and messaging that produce a strong pipeline of interested candidates
Candidate follow up and building rapport with CFI’s brand
Identifying industry opportunities when competitor news emerges
Developing campaigns and messaging that connect with our candidates’ pain points
Following up with long-term opportunities
