Our highly experience loan origination office is seeking an administrative professional to assist in delivering a world-class experience to our customers and professional partners. This person should be detail oriented, motivated to grow their knowledge and skills within the company, and be a team player.


The primary responsibility of this role is to act as the first point of contact for incoming calls, manage administrative/office responsibilities, as well as coordinating and completing borrower engagement projects. Secondarily, this role will support loan officers with marketing projects, social media presence/content, and scheduling.

The Basics

Answer office phone professionally and filtering calls to appropriate team members

Order office and shipping supplies

Responsible for reporting and assisting to resolve technical issues in office (i.e., internet, printer, phones)

Communicate with property management on work orders and building issues and advising team members

Communicate and involve appropriate corporate departments or contacts regarding office issues and following up until resolved

Schedule and complete follow up tasks within customer relationship management platform

Help plan and execute gifts or special events for borrowers, realtors, or business partners

Send closing gifts, holiday, and birthday cards on behalf of loan officers

Organize receipts and submit expense reports for loan officers

Be present in office for incoming and outgoing deliveries or services

Create regular engaging and compliant content for social media platforms

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.

Provide simple updates to loan officers’ websites

Other tasks as assigned

What You Bring

Excellent organization and time management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously

Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook

Knowledge and familiarity with various social media platforms

Salesforce experience, a plus

Self-driven individual who can work well in team-oriented atmosphere

Compensation Details

$19.00 – $24.00 per hour, plus bonus potential.

Working Conditions

Work is performed in climate controlled indoor administrative office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate, depending upon office or meeting location. 

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate. The employee frequently is required to remain stationary. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move 10 pounds. Vision: Close and distance required with ability to see objects in presence of glare or bright lighting (e.g., computer screen). Speech/Hearing: Frequently interact with management, vendors, coworkers, industry constituents, clients, and the public.
